Applicability of several rooted phylogenetic network algorithms for representing the evolutionary history of SARS-CoV-2

This repository contains all datasets generated and/or analysed during the study and the custom code used to implement the workflow. Each of the directories 'code', 'data' and 'results' contains a README.txt file describing their contents.
