Bio-Signal Data Processing and Visualisation

The Bio-Signal Data Processing and Visualization Suite supports the full cycle of collecting, processing, analyzing and visualizing data from physiological sensors. The core of the application provides an interactive interface for analyzing the stored data and their annotations in a step-by-step manner, allowing the user to tune various parameters and generate a series of visualizations, which makes it much easier to better understand the data.

The data itself is collected and stored using a native macOS application. Users can add time-stamped textual annotations through a web application or a native Android app. The data can be streamed in real time to visualization plugins and a customizable monitoring interface.

The Bio-Signal Data Processing and Visualization Suite has been developed by the Distributed and Interactive Systems (DIS) group in cooperation with a commercial partner. It is used in various internal and external projects, serving researchers with its pipelined data-processing capabilities as well as end users with its real-time visualizations of physiological sensor data.
