RepoSE: An On-Line Repository for Simulation Experiment Descriptions

Presented RepoSE at HARMONY 2012. RepoSE is a web-based repository for reproducible simulation experiments developed at CWI. RepoSE combines the formal precision of open standards with standard and domain specific meta-information to offer modellers a secure environment in which to develop and publish simulation experiments. HARMONY is a 'hackathon-type' meeting that focuses on developing software standards, interoperability and infrastructure for systems biology. The HARMONY 2012 meeting took place on 21-25 May and was hosted by the Department of Bioinformatics at Maastricht University.
